sharing drives/folders

I've just succesfully set up my linksys ADSL gatewat (WAG54G).

My client PC can succsefully 'see' the wireless router and is able to log
onto the internet, as is my main PC

My problem is how do I get the PCs to connect to each other?
I've found a few sites via google which mention I have to name the PCs and
have the same WORKGROUP names.

But when I go into 'view workgroup computers' via Network Places on either
PC, they fail to mention the 'other' PC.

What do I need to do? Any settings I'm missing?

I'm using Windows XP Pro

You have to enable sharing on each PC. Go to Windows Explorer and right
click on the drive/folders of interest (eg C:\) then click properties and
then sharing.

Also make sure the XP firewall (ICF) is disabled.
