Sharing a calender

Hello there,
Is it possible using 'Synchronisation' in Windows Vista ,or anything else,
to share a calender on a Windows XP PC across a LAN so that a Laptop and PC
can use the same calender?
I have a Laptop with Vista and don't want to have a duplicate Calender on my
PC. I have a wireless network at home and was wondering if I could use this
to synchronise calenders?
