Sharing a Calender on a NON Internet or Networked PC

Gday All

Hopefully some of you guys can help me out (this has probably been
asked before).

The Scenario that we have in our workplace is we have a Standalone PC
that is NOT networked or connected to the internet in any way. The PC
is used for basic Admin.

We have setup several users accounts for the members in our workplace
however we all need to Share the Same Calender that Outlook provides
(members both being Administrators and Limited Users).

Is there a way for the Outlook Calender to function properly so that
all Users will see the same Calender and if any changes are made to the
Calender, it will reflect on everyone's profile. Also the Calender Pop
up 'Reminder' windows must be able to work on everyone's profile.

I know there are other programs that you can use that provide this
ability however, we do not wish to seek another license for another
program when 'hopefully' Outlook already provides it.

Thankyou in Advance
