Shared Computer Toolkit

Based on curiosity, I installed Shared Computer Toolkit onto my laptop, and
it created many problems. Some problems I could solve, but there was one
that I had no idea of - that my home network was completely disrupted. I
used XP Home, therefore there wasn't many settings I could see and change. I
had two computers both running XP Home. My laptop could see the other
computer allright and access its files, but it couldn't access my laptop.
The error was like "Access Denied". I believed that Shared Computer Toolkit
somehow changed the security and access restrictions of my laptop. Now I had
to reverse all changes made to my laptop by the Toolkit, yet I didn't know
how.

I tried uninstall, but it wouldn't work. I checked the FAQ of the Toolkit,
and it said that some features would remain in the computer. Anyone has any
ideas? I can provide more information...(I've checked the error log, network
settings, etc. for many times...)

I did look at System Restore but it was not of use. Maybe I should blame
myself, I tried installing and uninstalling multiple times in 3 days. The
automatic System Restore points disappear after each day. Therefore when I
now try to access them, I can only see the one of the current day.

The Error Log was:
Source: NetBT
ID: 4321

There is one more thing. I cannot use the Shared Computer Toolkit because
somehow it does not allow me to select any account to modify (even the guest
account). It only displays a dialog box, listing all the accounts
(Administrator, Guest, "my acount"), and the dialog box never responds when I
click on any of them.

And also, my affected laptop can ping my other computer with both IP and
Host name, but the other computer can ping with IP but NOT with Host name.
