Shared Computer Toolkit for Vista?

Greetings,
I've been looking on the net to see if there is any app. that will work
as"MS Shared Computer Toolkit" for Win. Vista.

Is there anyone that has found something like this, my idea is for computer
to be used for public use and we all know what happens to those computers. I
really enjoyed the shared computer toolkit for Windows XP those pc's still
working great just gave work in the begining but once going its great.
