Shared Calendar for Doctor's Office

I am trying to figure out the best way to create a shared
calendar that will be used to schedule patient
appointments and assign nurses and doctors to the
appointments.

I would like to be able to view the appointments by nurse
or doctor and also by date.

The users are connected to an Exchange 2000 server with
Active directory using Outlook 2000 or 2002.
