How do I default display a shared calendar?

We use a single shared calendar to schedule appointments. Can I make
Outlook2003 display this Shared calendar by default?

On start up? No. You will need to select the shared calendar each time.

I want to create a single shared calendar in outlook for setting appointments
that all my staff can have access to in order to record or modify the
appointment. I want my primary calendar to remain private with no access by
anyone. Do I need to change the default calendar designation to the single
one I want shared and if so, how do one change the default calendar setting
from my personal primary (private) calendar to the shared one that my staff
will access?

Are they both in your mailbox? You can either move the appointments from
the default calendar to a new 'private' calendar and move the shared items
to the default or use an exchange public folder calendar for the shared one
or keep it the way it is and tell the others to add your mailbox as a
secondary mailbox.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sharesubfolder.htm for sharing
subfolders of a mailbox.

Outlook isn't 25 yrs old. :)

Is the folder you want as default is selectable as the start folder in
tools, options, others, advanced? If not, you can use a shortcut to open to
that folder - that's the best you can do with outlook's options.

My question is a little different but it's the same subject. I have three
calendars in my Outlook (2003). One is mine and the other two are shared
calendars from other users. When I open Outlook I have to manually select the
other two calendars. Is there any configuration to automatically select all
calendars when I open Outlook?
Thanks in advance.

and it worked for me. Good Luck!
