Share USB Printer

I have a HP1220C printer shared on a Win2000Pro machine. Whenever trying to
connect to the printer, users are prompted for UserName and password... even
though 'Everyone' has rights to print.

I want to let users print w/o having to enter a name/pw... what rights need
to be changed?

I don't see how this article addresses the issue. I am not adding a network
printer to be available to all users on the one machine --- I am adding a
local printer on the machine to be used by remote users.
