Share my music files

OS XP pro
I am trying to share music files with the other user of my computer.
I have other shared files and folders.
Every time the other user tryies to access the "my music folder" in shared
music folder a message pops up access denied. I have clicked on share for the
subfolders and changed security settings, checked controls, and users is set
at every one. Any suggestions?
