Hi everybody! Just another one problem and question if I do everything
correctly or no.
I've read a lot about the so-called Shadow Copies (previous versions) od
files, documents etc. But I can't figure out how to make it fork on my
system.
Here is my situation: I use Vista Ultimate Russian so function should work
for this version of Windows. I have some Excel file that I work with every
day making some everyday changes to it. It's located inside subfolder in My
Documents folder.
I've enabled Automatic restore points for both my logical drives.
BUT when I go to properties of my Excel file and select the tab Previous
Versions it says me that there is NO previous versions for this file. For
several months I work with this file every day changing it but it never
showed me any previous versions. I specially played with other files testing
the feature but also no success.
The system restore function itself works well.
