i am trying to import contacts from Outlook 2000 into my 2003 version. I have
the old details in a pst file. However, when i try to import the data, the
first thing that Outlook says is that the program is not configured for
importing. It then asks me to run setup. Now, i updated my Outlook to 2003
via the net, so i have no original CD. Also, i connot work out how to run
setup to allow for importing.
How do i run setup to configure outlook for importing?????

Updated via the Internet? Are you talking about MOOL?
Instead of importing connect to the pst-file by File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... Once connected you can copy the items from the old to the new
pst-file.
