There are two (and only two) ways to have separate "Identities" in WinMail:

1. Use different Windows User Profiles.

2. Use Steve Cochran's WMIDs:

Windows Mail doesn't support Identities.
There are four solutions:

1. If you need the extra privacy, use separate Windows user logins.

2. Purchase an add-on: http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs

3. You can separate incoming mail with message rules so that
it gets sorted into different folders.

4. You can upgrade to the free Windows Live Mail beta,
which has a separate inbox for each account:
