You can't.
Windows Mail does not support identities. You can access several email
accounts, but all email goes into the same Inbox.
when you send an email, you can select which account to send it from, by
clicking on the From: box.

If you want privacy, use separate Vista login accounts.

If you want separate Inboxes, use the newer Windows Live Mail.

In Windows Mail, all accounts are sort of intermingled in that they
download incoming emails to the same Inbox.
You can use Message Rules to separate incoming email so it automatically
gets redirected to different folders. But it is easier to upgrade to Windows
Live Mail which has a different set of folders for each account.

I have and I still can not open the other address. It downloads the emails ok
though.

Not sure what "open the other address" means.
If you mean you can't send a new email from the second address:
Begin composing a new email. Click the 'From' line. Select the account.

How do I switch identities. I have 2 EMAIL addresses.

Four possibilities:

1. Use different Windows Users

2. Make new folders and make a message rule like this:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the message is from the mail.fjsmjs.com account
Move it to the fjsmjs folder
and Stop processing more rules

3. Use Windows Live Mail which has separate folders for each account:

4. Buy WMIDs http://www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/Default.aspx
