Hi
We have setup BCM 07 on our office server. We want to have our 8-12 office
staff sharing the BCM database.
We would like to assign tasks, write business notes, link & log received &
sent emails from customers etc but some of this information is sensitve
therefore managment want to assign 'Authorised users' or 'Heirachys' access
to staff.
Is there a way we can setup 'user Heirachys'?
Or, better still, is there a way we can select (& deselect) the staff in a
check list that we want to have viewing access to a specific business note,
customer email or task for example?
I was thinking unauthorised users would simply see the business note or
email greyed out & unreadable.
Is either of the above doable & if so, how?
