I need step by step help setting up an email address so that i an reply to
someone on Craigslist.
I probably know the answers to the questions that are being asked for. but
Im not positive and would appreciate it very much if someone would walk me
thru the steps.

You will have to ask your email provider.

It would have helped if you had disclosed what your preferred email service is.

although I have at least one report that it doesn't work in Vista.
