Copy machine???

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
If you need more help with any of these solutions, just ask.

Apparently a tribute to all of the regular responders here who get befuddled
when someone posts their problem statement in the subject line instead of
the body . . . .

Except it is not a "regular responder" that put "copy machine" in the
subject. Bob is asking why "copy machine" is in the subject. In other words,
Bob is also befuddled by the subject. I don't understand why you would think
that "copy machine" in the subject would be a "tribute to all of the regular
responders here who get befuddled when someone posts their problem statement
in the subject line".

Okay - "tribute" was not the right word . . . but I took it as a joke, like,
let's see if they are really reading the subject line at all . . . . (the
OP probably forgot to change it from something else they were editing - who
knows).

Yes, it is worth a laugh.
