setting scroller speed in .asp page

FrontPage 2002
I have a scroller on my page that is linked to a
scroller.asp page where it connects with various DB to
pull info from.
the set speed is 10000 and I want to know where to go to
learn more about setting speed etc. on this page PLUS do
you go up or down in the number to speed things up. What
is the measurement meant to be????

You're talking about a proprietary ASP web application that someone wrote.
As we have no idea what a "scroller" is, and the author certainly does, I
would suggest asking the person who wrote your ASP.
