Setting Photo Editor as default

Jim S

I loaded a newer version of QuickTime to run a new program
but now my Photo Editor, which was the default, has
disappeared and I cannot get Photo Editor back and reset
as the default jpeg viewer.

Appreciate someone directing me to the proper area to
reset.
