Setting Permissions On Multiple Folders

I have an Inbox on Outlook 2003 which contains 50+ folders. I would like to make all these folders within the Inbox visible to someone else. Do I have to set the permissions individualy on each folder or is there a quicker way

Many Thank

You can grant the other person access to your full mailbox if you wish (set
the permissions at the root mailbox folder level), but there's no way I know
of to set permissions on a folder & have those settings propagate to
subfolders, etc....
