report on folder Permissions

Is there any way to get a report on what permissions users have given out on
there inbox and calendar and other folders? We are running Exchange 2003 SP2
and Outlook 2003. I have a request to do this for about 25 users and do not
want to have to open each account and subfolder to get this information.

Thanks,

I am trying to remove old messages and some old personal folders as well in
Outlook 2002, but in a few cases I am told that I do not have permission to
delete. I am the only user of this computer -no one else has used outlook.

Also, for the past two months almost every time I open Outlook I am told
that Outlook was not properly closed when last used and the file must be
checked for problems. This takes anywhere from a few seconds to five minutes.
BTW there are no task manager issues in these cases.
