I keep getting messages bounced notices from outlook stating my mailbox is
over my quota...delete some messages in my mailbox...they are almost all
deleted...how do I set my quota to a higher level?? I am missing some very
important emails due to this problem...I thought outlook could handle all of
my email?? HELP!!

Thanks so much

Are you connecting to an Exchange server or POP3? Either can have a quota
which you can't change. Outlook itself shouldn't have any quota at all.
Are you downloading your mail from the server if you have a POP3 account? If
not, this could have your account full.
Also, when deleting email make sure you empty your deleted items folder as
this counts against you. Remember as well that it's not how many messages you
have but their size so make sure you go through all your attachments and deal
with those first.
