im trying to set up email for windows mail. i have yahoo mail account. i
dont know the servers names to set it up. can any help me?

While using verizon.net for my windows mail I'm required to enter my email
address and password before before my mail is sent.What setting is missing in
order for all mail to be sent automatically?

i'm having the same problem, yahoo to windows mail. i have pop3 info from
isp but no smtp name... and don't use thier mail anyway.

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no
POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo
webmail. Yahoo's solution is for you to pay for their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have three other
solutions:

* Get a free Gmail account.
* Get a free Hotmail/Live account, and use it with the Windows Live Mail email program.
