New to Vista and Windows Mail

How do I set up this email account? Are we able to pull our yahoo email and
use it on Windows mail? I was trying to get the account set up but wasnt
sure what things meant as far as smtp, imap, pop3 and all of that. I read
the definition but dont know what to put in which blanks when setting up the
account. Please help!
