set priority

i am trying to set priority to high to run a game better i am the
administrator and it wont let me i have done it before but i jsut reinstaled
my operating system and can find no refrence as to why i cannot.

tsk manager: warning "...may cause undisarable proces..." i press yes
"operation not complete acess denied"

i should have access i am the only user and i have at adm. lvl plz dont tell
me its another virus...

Hi,

Download the free Process Explorer from SysInternals (task manager on
steroids) and try the same there and see what happens then.

maybe the game does not allow the change? like some system processes, they
will not allow you to change priority.
