Session Expiration

When I view Hotmail messages that contain a variety of
content, such as newsletters, I have to "Refresh" my link
periodically because I receive a message that says:

"Your email message has been idle and this link has become
inactive. To access the link, close this window and return
to your MSN Hotmail Message. Then click the browser's
Refresh button or close your message and reopen it."

I receive this message in just a few minutes, no more than
6 or 8 minutes, at the most.

I contacted Hotmail Support but they insist it is a
browser problem. My "Session Expiration" in Hotmail is set
at 24 hours, so maybe this is, indeed, an IE 6.0 problem.
Does anyone else have this problem? How do I extend
my "reading time" before I get the message to Refresh?
Could sure use some help. Thanks.

I'm guessing but try this...

Open the Internet Options control panel and on the General tab click the
Settings button on the Temporary Internet Files panel.
Check that the option to Check for newer versions of stored pages is set to
Automatically.

Please reply to this thread if this works.

Thanks Rob. Unfortunately, it is already set
to "Automatic", so that doesn't seem to be it. Appreciate
the attempt, tho'.
