ERROR Messages

Can't get the hotmail e-mail messages. Says there are 82
messages but won't let access them. The error message
reads: "Your e-mail message has been idle & this link has
become inactive. To access the link , close this window
& return to MSN Hotmail. Then click the browser's Refresh
button or close your message & reopen it." Well, it
won't let us have a screen to get to the browser window.
Also the instructions on how to enable the cookies are
not giving us the screen "under cookies click Enable"
We find no such screen from the tools menu, Internet
options, security tab, etc, etc... HELP us 'enable the
cookies, please. All of this is the result of having
installed WINDOWS XP to update our Windows 98 program and
installing a new printer, scanner, copier --which works
great. THNAK YOu, Harriet

In Internet Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options->Privacy Tab. Moving the
slider all the way to the bottom will accept all cookies. Hope that helps.
