services.exe

I noticed my computer has been a bit choppy because the services.exe is
fluctuating from 5-15% CPU. Is there any remdy to stop the running of
services.exe or stop the choppiness, I am unable to stop running the
services.exe process. Any help would be great, Thanks

To see whats running the most R.click the task bar,open task mgr.If its
actually services.msc running things are you sure that shutting it down wont
shut down vital processes.
