Servicelog.exp using 99% of CPU

Hi,

My PC (running Win XP Pro SP2) occasionally runs very slow, particularly
when accessing web pages. Doing a check on performance reveals 100% CPU
usage - ServiceLog.exp is using 99%. When I shut that process down the PC
runs OK.

Any idea why this is happening and how I can cure it?

Thanks for help

Sounds like it's malware. Run these programs to check for
spyware/malware. After installing update them, then boot into safe mode
and run them. You should update and run them weekly. You may end up
having to run HijackThis and posting the log to one of the specialty
forums, _NOT_ this one, of the others don't clean it out.

If you’re still having problems after running these then run HijackThis
and post the log to one of the specialty forums, _NOT_ this one.
