Service Pack Downlaod

Trying to install a Service Pack 2 download. The machine quits half way
through indicating "can't find critical files."

If you have sp1 installed I'd not bother with sp2

you can go right to sp3

Please quote the text (in the name/description) for the download you are
calling "Service Pack 2" exactly so we know what you are trying to
download/install.
