service pack 2

I presently have explorer 6 I want to upgrade to 7 but I can't get service
pack 2 to download everytime it tries thru my updates it stops when it gets
to it and does not load it. what canI do to get it to download, I really need
this for school.

Do not use the Express Installation.
Instead download SP-2 and burn to CD or order SP-2 on CD, both options
