Service NAKIDO.EXE is one spyware? How I decide this problem?

Steps to take if you have spyware that is not removed by Microsoft Windows
AntiSpyware (betª)
1) Open up AntiSpywªre
2) Click Tools at the tºp
3) Click "Submit a Suspected Spyware Repºrt"
4) Fill out the form with as much detail so they can anªlyze quickly.

Run Ewido :

http://www.ewido.net/en/

Install Ewido.
During the installation, under "Additional Options"
uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
Launch Ewido
On the left side of the main screen click update.
Click on Start and let it update.
Then Run a Complete System Scan

Some Antivirus scanners cannot remove infections because you are online and
they are running on the system when you perform the scªn.
If you have problems with the infection returning you would be best
downloading these scanners and running them in safe mºde.

Choose to "Disinfect automatically," and follow the prompts. Delete any
viruses found, and restart your computer

if you can find the executable involved:

http://www.virustotal.com
http://virusscan.jotti.org

see the browse window in the top line of each site--browse for the
executable and submit it.

These are virus scanners, but a great deal of spyware will also be detected
by one or more of the vendors represented.

Also a good course of action is to do a google search of any suspect process
usually it will come up with info that can be very useful
Like Nakido.exe is spyware and the file is
c:\windows\system32\nakido.exe

Nakido.exe is not spyware. It's download manager from nakido.com

Nakido.exe is from nakido.com... i guess it's just like a download manager required to download from their file sharing network. It's no spyware as they it's using by millions of visitors in their network. I see the uninstaller in the Add/Remove and also you can stop it by stopping in the services in windows. since i go to check out the latest file to download once a while so i always leave the nakido.exe alone.
