Unless you work for Microsoft, then it surely is not !!

Who do you pay for internet access?

Oh dear! by posting your email addresses in a public forum you have
given them to all the spammers who care to get them :-(

You need to go to the site of whoever you rent your internet connection
from, if you are using their email service. Or to your separate email
provider (like yahoo). Go to their help pages and search for email settings
( or mail settings). The information will usually be easy to find and easy
to follow.

Also when you signed up for the service you usually receive a confirming
email from the provider that contains the imformation you need to set up.
