Server Type? Please Help! Thank you!

Hi, I'm trying to set up my own Windows Mail EMAIL Account, but am having
some difficulty with the server types and such.
What should I be typing in for incoming, outgoing, and server types?
Should I check the box that says that I should require verification?
My ISP is Bellsouth, but I just hate using theur email...
please help! thank you!

You can only set up email for email accounts that you own.
If you have no other email address other than @bellsouth.net,
you will need to set up that BellSouth account in Windows Mail.
The servers and related information depend on the specific provider.
