"Server Service"

When attempting to place a user into another user groug from the computer
management dialogue box, I get an error that reads "Server service" not
running. Exactly which service is this? This is XP sp2 with all updates.

Click Start > Run, type in: services.msc and press Enter.
Double click on the service you want to edit/change.
Click Start > Apply > Ok.

I can't tell which is the right one since there may be a few.
