Server Reboots itself

We have an HP Proliant DL380 Server running Windows
2000 SP4. We have users logging into it with Terminal
Services running ADS. Twice our server has rebooted
itself and we're trying to troubleshoot the problem

When we look at the Integrated Management Log Viewer, we
have the following error

Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x000000E3
(0x87D87D08, 0x8631C820, 0x00000000, 0x00000002

Doe anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this
problem

Could we have too many people being logged in via
Terminal Services Application Mode or even an Application
event causing this crash
