How do you change the server provider name if you put the wrong name in the
information box?

I cannot send or receive e-mail. Evertime I try I ceceive error message
11001 error numbre: 0800ccod.

That's not the complete error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
