Server error?

When trying to publish in Frontpage, I get the message "Server Error: Cannot
create folder "vti_cnf"". I've talked to the company where I get my server
space, and they say there's no problems on their end...

Any help?

Have they actually run a check on the extensions for your account and/or actually check the
permissions for your account?

Can you un-install and re-install the extensions for your account?
