In sending out group emails I need to expand the number of adrwesses that can
be in the header area. I am the president of a large organization and need to
send email notices to the members.
How to I expand the allowed number of addresses?

Question :
Why don't you set up a Contact Group, with a name, put all your members into
the group.
Next time, all you have to do is enter the group name on either the To
column or BCC column. If you have new members, just add them into the group.
No need to expand at all.

Windows Mail has no limit on the number of recipients, but your mail provider
does. A typical limit is in the range of 50-100.
