Sent To - Mail Recipient - Not working after IE7

My system has Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro (SP2). After installing IE7,
the right click, short cut menu for Send To --> Mail Recipient does nothing.
Before installing IE7, this used to open a new message window with the file
attached. I've been searching all over the web and don't see a fix for this.
Does anyone here have a suggestion? Thanks.
