Sent Items on Personal Folder

Hi!

I am running Exchange 5.5 SP4 using MSOutlook 2000 SP3 for my clients. The
default delivery of their messages was on the mailbox, that makes them
receive notification when it reaches the limit of 25MB which we set to all
maibox. I am thinking of a way to move automatically the sent message to the
sent items under personal folder instead on the maibox. I have tried rules
wizard but it didn't work. Any help?

Rules in Outlook 2000 only run on items when they are received in the
in-box.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Rules will do it, if you specify them correctly. You can also create a PST
(File>New>Personal Folders File) and select it as the delivery location.
That will move EVERYTHING (Calendar, Contacts, mail, etc.) off the Exchange
server.
