Sent Items folder only goes back 9 months.

Hi,
This has probably been asked a million times, but, my sent items
folder only has emails going back about 9 months. My inbox has emails
going back years.

Where are my sent items, and how do I see them all!

I am using Exchange Server 2003 as the email server, and Outlook as
client.

Any help appreciated.

Regards

It could be you've archived the mail. Unhide all files and folders on your
PST and search for archive.pst or even just *.pst.

Do I need to search on my PC, or on the Exchange Server?
I searched on my PC and didn't find any *.pst files.

PSTs are kept on the PC. If you didn't find any PST, you must not be
archiving your email ever? Do you have an unlimited mailbox size on Exchange?
Did you make sure that you unhid all files and folders first? You have to do
this in Windows Explorer.

Thats right, I never archive emails. I assume that our previous I.T.
manager was taking care of backups through Exchange.
I use Agent Ransack to search my PC. It doesn't have the search flaws
that XP search utility has.

I don't know about the unlimited size of mailbox. I will check.
