Sent Email Concidered "Virus or Spam"

Just upgraded my computer from Windows 2000 to XP
Now my out going email is concidered "Virus" or "Spam" by my recipients and
is not going through.
Am not getting any 'MAILER-DEAMON', incoming is fine.
Am very confused.
