Sending webcam data to external web server

R

roger

My problem:

1. My cable modem ISP blocks port 80 so I can't host a web server at
home.

2. I do have a web site that is external hosted by another provider.

3. I want to be able to somehow send images from my webcam at home to
an externally hosted server.
h
4. How can this be automated? What software? Is it just a matter of
doing many HTTP posts from the webcam or is some sort of bstreaming
protocol needed?

Thanks
Roger

You would use FTP, and many webcams come with software to automate this process, you can also find
3rd party application for handle this by doing a search on the internet.
