Sending stationery in Outlook Express

I use Outlook Express to edit some of my mail, since my Yahoo mail account gives me fewer options. I have formatted stationery several times in test messages to my Yahoo mail account, but the stationery never shows up on the other end! I've tried unblocking HTML in my Yahoo account, and it does not good. I manage to receive HTML from all the other people who might send it to me in my Yahoo account, but Outlook Express doesn't get the stationery to the recipient! I am not the only one having this problem - saw a similar post in Newsgroups.
