Exporting stationery from Word 2007 to Outlook 2007

I would like to design my own stationery on Word 2007 which will include a
photo.
I would then like to move the file to the staionery folder in Outlook 2007.
(I have MS Office Pro 2007) and am on Widows XP Home. Could you tell me
where I can find the Stationery file in Outlook. (I have found such a file
in Outlook Express but prefer to use Outlook.)
