sending and receiving using Outlook 2000

I normally fax using Outlook 2000, but for some reason
now I am not able to send or receive any faxes and it
seems that it is configured correctly.

Provide enough information for us to help.
You failed to specify which mail support mode and which fax software you are
using.
Provide complete details on the problem you are having. "I am unable to send
and receive" tells us nothing.
