Send to email recipient doesn't work

For some reason, when I right click on an object and choose "Send to email
recipient", nothing happens. My email client (OE) doesn't open. Nothing.

Any help?

You need Microsoft Outlook installed for that to work. You don't need to use
Outlook it just need to be installed. Once installed it will open OE if it
is still set as your default.

Does it work if OE is open and minimized?

Try this command from Start, Run:

regsvr32 sendmail.dll

If that does not help run this command as well:

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll"
