Send & Receive error in Outlook 2003

I'm getting an error 0x80040115 in Outlook when hitting send/receive. This
user gets this error everytime she sends out an email. 99% of outbound
emails are working except for a few internal users
that she sends to. They get stuck in the local delivery queue in Exchange
2003 SP2.

Any ideas?

Hi Milly,

Yes I already did the obvious before I posted here. Many of those answers
are rather vague. It isn't client side related as I did a test from Citrix
with the same result for this particular user.
I'm guessing it's something to do with the Exchange installation.
