Send/Receive Deosn't Work

My Outlook (2003) send/receive stopped working all of a sudden. I've tried
uninstalling then reinstalling, detect and repair, checked for updates but
nothing works.

Thanks for your reply.

No. I get no errors. When I open Outlook nothing happens until I click on
send/receive.

Is autocheck enabled? Press Ctrl+Alt+S to open the dialog. Schedule every
xx Min should be enabled.

Yes. I have it set for every 10 minutes.
