send/receive at startup

Outlook 2003 will not send/receive at startup. I tried
replacing the accounts under the "define send/receive
groups"; I double checked that the send/receive function
was not disabled and I tried reinstalling Outlook 2003.
Nothing has resolved the problem. I can get email
messages when I click the send/receive button in the menu
bar, but have still been unable to get Outlook to
automatically initiate a send/receive on startup. Any
suggestions. Thanks.

Have you set a time for scheduled send and receive? Once you do that,
Outlook will send and receive at startup.

Yes, 3 minute intervals. Still will not send/receive at
startup.

Do you also have the option to Send Immediately When Connected checked in
Tools | Options | Mail Setup?
